21st Century Appraisals is currently reassessing real property values in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. Change of assessment notices are being mailed to property owners, and our inbound call center, located in Middletown, will assist taxpayers by answering frequently-asked questions and scheduling appointments with review appraisers.
Call Center Representatives will answer calls in a friendly and professional manner. Each representative will be responsible for performing the following duties:
- Answering inbound calls
- Identifying callers from a company database
- Accessing callers’ public assessment records from a company database
- Answering frequently-asked general questions
- Scheduling appointments using computer-based software
Qualified applicants should meet the following criteria:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Basic computer skills and knowledge
- Positive attitude and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
Paid training will be provided to ensure employees are comfortable with the phone system, caller database, scheduling software, and frequently-asked questions.
- Field Data Collectors (Lackawanna County reassessment project)
- Certified Appraisers (CPE, RA, or GA) or potential Appraisers (Lackawanna County and Luzerne County reassessment projects)
- Reassessment Project Directors
- Market Analysis and Model-Building Specialist
- Directors of Assessments and/or Chief Assessors
- Computer Programming Specialists (corporate office)
- Top-Level Executives (corporate office)
- Instructors (to teach and design appraisal recertification courses for Highmark Institute’s Real Estate and Appraisal Academy)
