The Perry County Commissioners approved a two-year contract with 21st Century Appraisals, effective February 1, 2008. Perry County will be conducting a cyclical revaluation update. New change of assessment notices will be mailed on or before July 1, 2009. 21st Century Appraisals will be providing consulting, assessment technology upgrades, software support, real property valuation formula development, training, and public relations services.
The Cumberland County Commissioners approved a two-year contract with 21st Century Appraisals, effective January 1, 2008. Cumberland County will be conducting a cyclical revaluation update. New change of assessment notices will be mailed on or before July 1, 2009. 21st Century Appraisals will be providing consulting, new revaluation software, assessment technology upgrades, software support, real property valuation formula development, training, and public relations services.
The Luzerne County Commissioners approved a two-year contract with 21st Century Appraisals, effective March 30, 2007. This contract includes additional services needed to mail “change of assessment” notices on or before July 1, 2008.
The Blair County Commissioners approved a five-year contract with 21st Century Appraisals, effective January 16, 2007. This contract includes the privatization of Assessment Office management and related statutory duties.
21st Century Appraisals will be represented at the AAP Conference that will be held from May 2 - 4, 2007 at the Seven Springs Mountain Resort in Champion, Pennsylvania.
