Roberta Freeman has been employed by 21st Century Appraisals since 1986. For the past two decades, Roberta has served in a variety of short and long-term positions including payroll clerk, bookkeeper, editor, computer data entry trainer and supervisor, project coordinator, business manager, and human resources (HR) and benefits administrator. Roberta has utilized her commercial art, computer graphic arts, and editorial training to design, write, and develop numerous promotional pieces. Since the beginning of the company’s technological history, Roberta has researched and developed training and reference manuals for field data collection, 21st Century CAMA computer data entry, informal and formal assessment appeal hearings procedures, and numerous other CAMA software module-specific procedures. Additionally, Roberta developed the company’s Employee Benefits and Policy Guide.
Roberta currently serves as executive administrator to the president and CEO. She also serves on the Corporate Executive Council and is corporate secretary/treasurer, senior document manager, proposal and contract writer, contract administrator, promotional materials designer and developer, asset and liability insurance coordinator, and HR advisor. Roberta’s outside interests include singing, playing the piano, painting, drawing, and journaling. |
